Fun and sophisticated tastes and vibes in this Asheville spot. We enjoyed the red snapper, peaches, swordfish and more. Plus (!) we participated in a local foraging experience (No Taste like home) and - in partnership - Cultura created a stunning dish from the mushrooms and greens we foraged--yum!

The tasting menu was delicious, except for the red snapper with sticky rice. The rice was not sticky, not the way I like it. The pork belly, duck, quail, and beef were delicious melts in your mouth. The quail was cooked just right, very tasty and moist. The service is excellent. A good place for a date night.

Celebrated my birthday dinner here while visiting Asheville for the weekend. The service, cocktails, and overall food of the restaurant were nice. Walking in, the greenery and ambiance of the restaurant is impressive. After we sat, the waitress explained to our table that the menu is tapa style so between the 4 os us we split 6 different items. My favorites were the red snapper and blue fin tuna dishes. I was hoping the soft shell crab would be fried but instead it came in a croissant and had too much celery which I thought gave it a weird taste. Also the pork belly wasn't as crispy as I usually like it. For dessert, we shared the rhubarb pie which was delicious. Overall, I had a memorable birthday dinner and enjoyed Cultura.

Visited Asheville for the weekend and made a reservation at cultura after it was recommended to me and I'm so glad I did! Some of the best cocktails and food I've had in years. I started with the feral friends + vodka option, incredible! For food, we opted for the a la carte menu so we could pick and choose a few different dishes - I think we ordered 5 to split between the two of us and were stuffed at the end of the evening. All were exceptional and I don't think you can go wrong no matter what you order. The creativity and effort that goes into each dish is astounding. The service was superb as well - thank you Mark for taking such good care of us! We can't wait to come back on our next visit!

I can't recommend this place enough. Service, ambiance and food all hit very high. We had the a la carte menu for dinner and had a very enjoyable experience. We did not go for the full tasting menu due to dietary restrictions, but most if not all dishes looked fairly well presented and well enjoyed around us. If still on the menu, I would not recommend the mushroom dish. Outside of this, the meal was amazing. The restaurant did offer to make it up with a dessert of our choosing. We were going to pick dessert anyways so worked out. Love the concept, love the flavors, and even the beer and alcohol selection to go with their dishes. Will be back if I am in the area.

The bar is super cool here. I mean, plants & lit candles on the bar? Yeah! The cocktail list was most unusual & creative, as were the taps. We did not partake of food, just beer & cocktails, but thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We were a group of 7 & amazingly found 7 bar stools together on a Saturday night here. Bartenders were happy to answer all questions. Step in & get some Cultura!

Great ambiance, food was delish, service was great... my favorite part about this pace is the bathroom. They do have craft cocktails which take a bit to make.

If you're looking for an amazing group dining experience, this is a great option! They have several family style meals to choose from which are all delicious. Not to mention a great location on the South Slope. Since we were with friends we went with the crab family style entree this time with us served with fried rice and several sauces in the side. The seasonal cocktails were also a nice addition, it was a smoky apple "fall" drink.
